This is the last episode of the wandercast. I will start a new podcast and blog, using my own name, in October, after my trip to Buffalo next week. The podcast will not be much different, just branded differently. Stay tuned for it. Thank you for listening.

I recorded a quick wandercast for you to listen. I run through the side effects of my meds to see if I have any. I mention those copying my good name. I ask why Humberto has to rain on my parade. Anyway, please listen.

From 2005 October 1, as I was posting podcasts more regularly, I gave this podcast the name, 'the wandercast', more or less as a tribute to the fact that my mind tends to wander while thinking. At the time, I did not think about acquiring a domain name or gMail account for it. Today I googled 'wandercast' and found among my entries two things that gave me pause. The minor one is the Yondercast, in which Shane entitles one of his recent episodes 'wandercast'. The major one is this, a travel podcast website created the beginning of this year. Am I unhappy about this? A little. Will I sic the lawyers on this. Most likely, not. Will I tolerate the travel site sending a take-down notice for my podcasts, despite using that name for 15 months prior? No. Of course, they may have sent to me an e-letter, which I construed as spam and 'filed'. Then again, maybe this is the time to rework my own podcast.

I get my peace pills. I hope they work. I think they are. I'm fat, which you may not be able to tell from my pictures, possible to the chagrin of one. and have knives thrown at me. It's all good. Please listen to today's wandercast.
